Antique billiard table

I'm This billiards table was owned by my uncle for a lot of years and has a name plate of E.R. Starkey, Maker, North Attleboro, Mass. I was told the table could be a Brunswick from 1925 but I'm thinking it's an A.E. Schmidt. I'd like to know what the manufacturer is for this billiards table and what era it's from.  I can't find anything on the manufacturer plate on the billiards table.
