I had recently received an online appraisal from your company for the pair of Candelabras shown above.
Since that time- I found an insurance paper that shows the candelabras in a picture from 1940 and states:
Two Candelabras, Italian, 16th Century, Signed "Beami"
I can see the signature on the bottom of the cupid but it is hard to read.
Would they possibly be Italian and that old?

My previous post prior to finding the picture/paper:
This is a pair of antique winged cherub or cupid bronze candelabras. There is a signature on the bottom of one of the bases but it is hard to figure out. It looks to be an initial followed by a last name that starts with R (or B) and contains an "a" as the second letter and a "t" towards the end.
The candelabras have been in my family for many decades. The only information I have is that they were either bought in France or Germany. But I'm not 100% sure the information is correct.
They are very heavy and measure approximately 20" in height and 9" in width. The triangle shaped base is 7" in length.
