Description

I did some research on the company "GRAND LEDGE CHAIR COMPANY",

The company was founded around 1883 by 3 carpenter's. Thomas Garrett, Harry Jordan, and Edward Crawford. When the business started growing Edward Turnbull came in to help them with their books.

Around 1890 Turnbull and George Fletcher bought the company. Later Turnbull became the sole owner. He left the company to his wife Emma when he died in 1916 and then she died in 1944. She left it to her sister and the company finally closed in 1982.
