Would really like to know who made this item and when. What is this piece worth? It has 4 Large drawers, dovetailed and wooden wheel casters. Single stem rose painted on one of the drawer fronts. Never had it restored or refinshed so it has a few scratches and bruises, but considering the age, it's still in real good shape. Can anyone give me an appraisal?
