My mom received this clock from her Dad in 1997, and she had it cleaned and was told then that the clock was around 75yrs. old. He got it from an old Aunt of his, but not sure of any of her information. No one else wanted it because it chimes! It does work, has a key to wind it, but it does lose about 15 minutes daily.
