Look for a mold seam on the bottle, it will tell a great deal about its age. Mold lines that go all the way up generally indicate a early 20th century manufacture date at the earliest. Bottles like this were reproduced during th Victorian decorating craze of the 1980's.

newer pier one inports designer dispay bottle ,or similar to, sold for about 5-8$ in the 90s. will sell for about the same now. maybe a little less.
