Most copper kettles like this tend to date from the mid 1800's through to the turn of the 19th century, but they werew still in production through the 1920's all over Europe. They were made in very large numbers, as every home would have at least one, so they are not considered rare or all that valuable,. Most go at auction for under $75.00.
