antique eyewear

glasses are in mint condition besides the fact that there are no lens in the frames,the nose guards appear to be made out of stone,they are in the original case appears to be made out of some hard material although i'm not sure what it has a hinged lid with the words pals written on the top with two pictures of puppies on it,the inside is lined with velvet maroon with the doctors name DR.WM.A.MORTON also the town name wooster,ohio any information on date,or value,or any details are greatly appreciated
