Antique German Armoire KAS

Description I picked up a rather large armoire, very heavy with carvings all over it. It was sold to me as solid oak, KAS, from Germany. The doors have two big square removable carvings depicting 1600 1700 type ships, horseman, swords and the flags they carry are of a cross like one vertical and one parallel line on the flag. The top two square carvings “one on each door” have the initials carved in the lower right corner P and M but they are carved like the vertical line of the P blends into the center of the M. Im trying to find out where this piece is from and who made it and possibly any history if that’s possible. Any help would be fantastic! Kenny
