I have info on maker already but I know of the matching chi set but never seen the matching set sold and have no clue what mine is worth..no real damage other than being antique and only missing 1 adult cup..I have never seen any matching my set ..everything not white ( porcelain) is silver over lay ..it is still white and silver is tarnished just bad lighting I do have pic of full set excluding the 1 cup I'm missing 12 setting
