Antique hand painted bottle

Description

The bottle says" FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR RE-USE 0F THIS BOTTLE, Wich means the bottle was made between 1935-1964? or possibly earlier 1900,                                                               The bottom reads 64 D-8 51 and has an H in a circle covered with a diamond, It also has two marks on the bottom side- pontil, one looks like a square bubble the other like an arrow about an inch apart. It has seams from top to bottom. also has a second starting up beside the one that goes all the way up as seen in one of the pictures.                                                                                       It may have something to do with Columbus? Just a guess. Thanks
