This fixture is white glass that hangs by brass pins hooked to three chains that connect to the ceiling mount. There's a patent number of 4316 but no markings of a manufacturer that I can find. It has an urn pattern on the side with a lace looking pattern on the top and the vintage flower looking pattern covering the bottom. The mount appears to be a combination of brass and copper metals.
