Antique mirror with etching

By candycegolden@…, 5 May, 2017
Description

Hello: I have an antique mirror that was most likely used above a vanity or dresser. It measures 40 x 18 inches. It is etched glass around the edges with flowers and leaf patterns. It is in very good shape although you can tell it is quite old. There are no chips or cracks. My pictures don't really do it justice. I may want to sell it but for now I would like to get any information on it that you might have. I really appreciate your time spent on looking at this piece for me. Thanks, Candyce Golden

Re: Antique mirror with etching

Mirrors like this date from the late 1920's through mid 1930's. They were a mass produced item and on their own they don't have a great deal of value. Most like this sell at auction for about what your sister paid for it in the $20.00- $45.00 range.
