Description
Looks to be carved or handmade i cant tell what its made of. Ivory is one thing that comes to mind but i don't know cause the blue doesn't look like it's been painted. Has fine detail in the ships sails and ties. Looks to be pretty old but it was definitely made by a fine artist. There are no visible markings on the buckle anywhere that i can see to tell who made it or how old it is.
