antique pedistal half table

hello....i acquired this table from a garage sale nearly 35 years ago.  when i purchased it it had 3 coats of paint on this beautiful designed table.  yes i refinished it and haven't regretted it since.  the wood is beautiful.  i haven't been able to find any information as to maker or age of this piece. the best way of describing the table is by pictures. the table measures 32" high, 28" wide and 16" deep (meassuring the table top)  i'm sorry i'm not good in terms.  i just know this table is very unique and beautiful and would like any information anyone's can give.   thank you...
