Description
My father purchased this tray along with smaller one while on a trip to Iran in the 60's. I'm not sure how old it is, as it looks similar to other trays listed on this site. This particular tray originally came with folding wooden legs, and was used for years as a table, covered with a round table cloth. So it was well preserved. We no longer have the legs.

My father purchased this tray while on a trip to Iran in the 1960's. I do not know how old it is. It does appear to be similar to trays listed on this site and others that may have been made in the 1800s. But I am not sure about the actual age.

Trays like this have been made for the Tourist/Export market for a great many years, most of the export example since World War Two with folding legs for use as coffee and end tables. We'd retail the larger ones in $100.00- $150.00 range and the smaller ones at $50.00- $75.00
