I believe this trunk to be from early 1900's. It is not in the greatest of shape. Evidence of mild termite damage, lock mechanism is broken, interior is worn. The two wallets I found in one of the drawers, hoping they might help age the piece. I could not find any manufacturers marks, but there are remnants of old delivery labels.
