These are a very Beautiful Pair of lamps made by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. The label on the bottom says

Trying to find out information on the set of Lamps. What are they made of? What Year are they from? What is the current Value? I recieved them from a friend that did not know much about them. They look like brass but not really sure what that part of lamp is made of. There is a glass part and there is two light parts. It lights in the glass part with a small bulb and the on top with a reg 60 watt bulb. I am hoping that some one could give me some information on the lamp set.
