Description
Rocking chair bought at a junk shop in NH for $40.00. It has a wood frame (tiger oak?) And black leather covered back and seat. The leather is attached by tacks . Inside the seat there are coiled springs and is accessed by slats held together with hay baling string. Inside the stuffing appears to be straw and horseshoe and some cotton batting was added later. The rockers are closer together in the back. I would like to know this chairs age, what kind of wood it's made of and how much its worth
