Arvin "Consort" slim twin electric dry shaver model ds5 pat no.524412 ac 15w made by Arvin electric ltd Southend on Sea England. made of white plastic material with grey flex and light socket connector is in original packaging unfortunately no instruction leaflet or date notification the box has a style of the 1930s but might be later my own reserch has led me too a museum site with a similar piece but different colour from 1938 and a couple of advertising posters dating to 1951
