I have this painting, a watercolor (I think) of a narrow 2 story beach house with a fence in front. There's an old red car to the left with a license plate reading cpo1. On the fence to the right of the house is a sign advertising for a "Room for Rent.. Retired Gentleman Preferred". There's a garbage can and some trash in front of the fence to the left of the sidewalk. It is a numbered piece... 9/150 by artist M J Blakebrough. The address on the back is P.O. Box 3688 Chapel Hill, N.C. Can you give me an estimate of it's worth? Thank you very much.
