Description
I purchased these andirons a couple weeks ago at a garage sale. I was told they are from the 30's-40's. They are cast iron and probably weigh 40-50 Lbs. They have glass eyes but I don't think they are original, they look like marbles. I rinsed them with soap and water, they were pretty caked on withy soot. It appears that a screw and a couple nuts might not be original either. I could not find any markings but there is still a fair amount of built up wear on them.
