Also, my mother has another painting by someone named Brian. We don't know if this is a first name or a last name, and all that is in the signature area is "Brian." We have scoured the internet for anything on this artist as well as a similar painting, but have yet to find one. Any information you can share to include if this is a first name or a last name, male or female (Shannon Brian, or the like, etc.), and even possible ballpark value would be greatly appreciated.
