This is the bell from the uss dolphin,

This bell was given to its last captain when it was decommisioned and sold to a private investor for scrap and parts. It was considered an honor for the captain of a decommisioned war vessel to vecieve the ships bell. I would say this is a priceless piece of history, If willing to sell check a naval muesum or a naval collector. A very nice piece.
