Description
I was given an unopened bottle of buchanan's "Black & White" blended scothc whisky. It was distilled and bottled in scotland under british government supervision. It has a strange seat on the top called the us international revenue on it with following numbers on this lable 244565623. It also has a sticker on the bottle with the Michigan liquior control commission with the numbers 19369208 on it. I was told this is quite valuable but would like to know for sure
Condition
Excellent
