Description The item is an octagon shaped tray. The trim is wood with blue and gold paint. There are two brass handles, one on each side. The paper backing is cracking and peeling a little. There are four black rubber stops on the back about 1/4 in. tall. Under the glass the background looks like it is made of either cotton, or the inside of a pod from a tree. It looks very silky. The design is a metallic blue butterfly hovering over dried orange flowers and wheat looking stems.
