I have an original C. Benolt raised oil painting. This painting is of a beautiful seascape. I obtained the painting through an estate sale and have been told the raised paintings are very rare. I am looking to get an actual certificate appraisal, for we have been told this painting could be worth thousands. We would like to get a more professional opinion on what it is actually worth. The painting itself is 12x16 and is in its original frame. Thank you.
