Description
I'm looking for information as to when these candle sticks may have been made and what there approximate value might be. I assume that they are brass, but would like confirmation if possible from looking at the pictures.

It was given to us as a wedding present by an antique collector. He estimated the date to be around the 1830's. I'm not sure what they are made of, but would guess bronze.
