Description This chair was given to us when a friend cleaned out his garage. His mother had bought at an estate sale I believe. I think it is hand carved. The most I could find was a Furniture of America chair that must be based on this design. It has brass studs, intricate floral patterns, and a spring seat. There are "flaws" in the wood which leads me to believe it is hand carved.
