Ceramic Ashtray

I got this ashtray from my Grandma long ago. This item belonged to her previously but I don't know where she got it. The only information I found was on e-bay Italy because they have few items for sale but not an ashtray. I saw a couple of items with the same exact signature but other that don't look the same and I remember that at least one of them was like 100 years old. There is only one little chip in the left side.
