I got this piece as a tip for doing some home improvements.
I was offered $700 but did not have an appraisal yet.
I took it to a local appraiser and he said he would sell it for a $1000 and give me $700
Im looking for another appraisal, second opinion.
There is no damage to this piece and is in excellent shape.

<p>I'd take the money and run, the mark reads "Great Qing Qianlong Period Made" but it's highly unlikely this thing is more than 40 years old. The mark is a 20th century seal mark, applied with a rubber stamp.</p><p> </p><p>Lovejoy </p>
