Clay gaming figures (assumed)

I assume these are game pieces because of the 3 different colors, the size and the unique character. I know nothing about these and was unsuccessful online. I found these in a deceased hoarders home, at the bottom of a pile. This is all i know. They measure no more than 2" and smaller. 17 figures made of clay.
