Re: coctail pick swords/ brass/ toledo
You are correct. These are fairly recent (mid 20th century) olive picks. Toledo is a city in spain that has been producing various blades for hundreds of years. These are fairly common and sell for around $12.50-15.
Re: coctail pick swords/ brass/ toledo
thanks, if anyone else has any additional info please don't hesitate.
Re: coctail pick swords/ brass/ toledo
I had the same set I picked up for around $5.00, I come across loose picks of all sizes all the time at estate sales and flea markets. Not very rare but fun!
Re: coctail pick swords/ brass/ toledo
Yeah, I figured they may not be worth much, but they are really cool and all my friends love them.
Re: coctail pick swords/ brass/ toledo
I got lucky and picked my 8 piece toledo cocktail sword picks for only $2.00 at my works annual garage sale.
