I know there are some things that need to be done to my Curio, I'm just wondering if anybody knows what kind of value potential this particular cabinet has before I start investing time and money into it, just so I know what it could potentially have in the end-would hate to put in x amount of dollars and so many hours of labor only to find out it wouldn't ever have any value more than sentimental.

Height: 65"
Width: 14 1/2"
Length Accross: 31"
