Description
It is solid metal and is quite heavy for its size. Not sure what kind of metal but it looks like it used to be white. It has a hook on top which gives me the assumption that it was meant to be hung from something. It has patterns of flower shapes and swirls on it. It appears to be old because of the wear, rust, and patina.
