Dinnerware Set with gold inlay/detailing and french (?) country scene

Hello

I don't know if these are antique. I got them along with a pair of similar plates at a thrift store simply because I thought they were pretty.  I know some dinnerware like this are genuine antiques, but unsure (doubtful) these are. I don't see a recognizable manufacturer stamp on the bottom.

Any information would be fantastic! Antique or not.

Age?

Worth? 

Would value increase over time?
