Dutch Style Plate

Hand Painted, raised scalloped, and embossed raised beaded swag edge. 6". Rim in grass green, with yellow, browns, red, blues, and pink. fitted cup center, not flat. Hand painted scene on top of two figures, male & female w/split rail fencing, both wearing dutch style clothing standing in a field,w/landscape background. Bottom half hand painted up side down 3-lg wooden sail boats along w/two small ones, w/grass embankment w/two 4-armed windmills, and landscape background. Crazing through out the plate. Only written marking is below the split rail, "Ditch Courage". Very unreadable green paint marks, unknown if these are even marks.
