Description

Any chance I could get a price for the value of this Ed Roos Cedar Chest purchased in th 30's. It is in good condition. Top pedestal piece is booked matched mahogany; top back piece has burl inset with carved in gold surrounding the burl; front has burl framed inset with half shell/fan carving and also with carved in gold surrounding the burl; chest sits on front rounded pedestal with paw feet below; and frettwork between the two feet.

Would appreciate an reply asap as we are having a sale "in the morning"...March 27th. Sorry, but, have not been able to download closed picture of cedar chest and cannot wait any longer.

Distinguishing marks Ed Roos burned signature inside tope and paper certificat and number burned on underside is either 3248.3 or 3214.3...the third number is hard to read
