Epergne, brass with three pink fluted glass bowls

Description

This is a 16 " high x 22" wide brass epergne.  It has three light pink fluted glass bowls decorated with gold and blue accents which are raised so I think they are hand painted. I believe the piece is from Romania or somewhere in Eastern Europe.  There are no markings under or on it that I can see.  Would love to get some information about this and an approximate value.  Thank you.
