Very difficult to judge by the single picture, but this appears to be a sterling silver hinged bracelet produced by Fratelli Peruzzi (not Petruzzi) in Florence, Italy between 1900 and 1909. If that's what it is, the marking next to the name should read "STERLING" and it would be worth about $200 intact.
