If there are no markings to indicate the silver content it's highly unlikely it's anything but silver plated pot metal or pewter. Fairy figures like this tend to be fairly recent items made since the 1980's, some of the smaller ones were parts of sets or chess pieces. Values tend to be under $20.00.
