This watch has designs all around and a V engraved in front (family name). There is engraving on several of the doors, as well on the internal mechanism. It also says "State Stamp of Gold 18 Carat." It reads "90" below this. Maybe for 1890? I'm not sure. It works when wound, although to save the mechanism I have rarely wound it. It proudlydisplays the words "Stem winder" which may help date it. It's in the original leather pouch.
