The picture also has a very old frame the we are looking to maybe have restored. The home of Washington scripted on the bottom right hand margim of the picture. Engraved by Tho Oldham Barlow. Painted by T.P. Rossiter & J.R. Mignot . Across the bottom of the picture in very faint letters it reads: Entered according to the act of congress in the year of 1863 by T.P. Rossiter & J.R. Mignot in the clerks office of the district court of the united states for the southern ditrict of newyork.
