Re: Gerard Dou Painting
Hi, I know this is a bit (over 2 years now) late, but this is 'Girl With A Lantern' by Gerard Dou, a 17th century Dutch painter. The original is in the Kuntshistorisches Museum in Vienna, Austria. This looks like a middling-good quality copy, probably mid to late 19th century- Perhaps a student piece.
Since I'm interested in buying it, I'll have to decline offering an appraisal, but feel free to make me an offer.
