German candle

By kplow, 11 April, 2014
Description

Candle is labeled Deise kerze ist Geschamcksmuster geschutzt.

~ 10  inches labels read Seit 1924, Gunter Kerzen GmBH-Wachswarenfabbik, D-6968 Walldurn/Baden.  Appears to bere in good condition.  Small nick on bottom but not visible from the front. Looks like it was used perhaps one time as shown in picture.

Re: German candle

The candle was abandoned in the house that I live in. I assume it has been here for up to 30 years.  I found it stored away while cleanout boxes.

Re: German candle

gunter kerzen candles  Seit 1924 (sence 1924)   , this means they have been making candles from 1924 . 30years would make the candle new when put away. or around there.  Not much worth here, some sell for $5.00.. some really nice ones people are asking as high as $50.00.. "NOTE" I do not claim to be an expert on candles.
