Sango China is still in business today...your set dates to around the mid 1950-1960's. Sango was never an expensive line of Japanese china and was sold through department stores as a set, not as individual place settings. If you are looking to sell it, it has better value broken up and sold as replacment pieces, then to try and sell it as a set. If you plan to keep it, you can get some replacement pieces through some of the on-line auctions, like ebay or replacements. ltd. (but this latter route is very over-priced) and you would have better luck through ebay.
