This is ashtray from my aunts house in West Virginia. I believe it is Greek and made out of brass. Any help regarding possible origin, time period and value would be greatly appreciated.

This is an ashtray from my late aunt's house who lived is West Virginia. I believe her husband was a Greek immigrant and the printing appears to be Greek. Any information regarding origin, date and value would be most appreciated.
