Hi brenda i did a little research on your item online and found that artistic interior did mass production of paintings for home decor and the certificate number is likely an item number. Real paintings by the artist had a collection number on the painting like 50/200 etc. I could'nt find any painting by the artist labeled chicago. Chances are its not worth much. But i did email artistic interiors with your certificate number just in case and im awaiting a reply.

ok i looked over the painting on the bottom left side it has the number 155 if this means anything. and it has madison street chicago on the painting not sure what the title would be.
