Hawkes Crystal ~ inquiry

With a move in the near-future, I was going through my china cabinet and getting rid of things I never use. I almost gave this away until I felt how heavy it was....and beautiful.  This is not my expertise....AT ALL. From what I've gathered, there's nothing on the internet with a similar pattern. I was told the signature was "early period" and a replacement website was unable to match the pattern to a name. I would like to know the pattern, worth, and possibly when this was created. The last pic has the signature mark. Slight chipping on bottom of bowl, otherwise great condition and measures approx 11"x4"
