Heirloom porcelain music box

I have a heirloom porcelain music box that is in great shape it just needs to be cleaned up a bit. It plays always in my heart and the lid is removable it has words written on the music box that says daughters are a blessing in the garden of life. This item also has a rose painted on it along with a bow and it also has little pink rhinestones too I would like to know how much it's worth if at anything at all
